I absolutely love soups. I find the warm broth keeps me full for a long time. Plus they are full of good nutrition. I make all of my soups in the crockpot, so it is SOUP-er easy! Here is a delicious veggie chicken rice soup that is very simple to make.



I just throw 2 chicken breasts with a box of low sodium organic broth in the crockpot. I add 4 cups of veggies (I use carrots, celery, onion, and mushrooms) and 1 cup of cooked brown rice. 2 tablespoons of Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute is the only seasoning it needs. Yum!
